Alba Blaj
In the derby of the Romanian league, CSM Alba Blaj outplayed the leaders CSM Bucuresti in a tie-break although they led 2-0 in sets. After more than two hours match was finished 3-2 (25-22, 25-23, 21-25, 18-25, 15-10).
This was the 17th victory of the titleholders while CSM suffered their second loss in this season in the domestic league.
Ana Yillian Cleger Abel was the top scorer of the match with amazing 36 points while on the other side of the net, Jovana Brakočević Canzian scored 26 points and stayed the best scorer of the Romanian league in 2017/2018.
