The defending champions Poland have beaten the co-host Bulgaria in four sets to stay undefeated so far at the World Championship.

The team of Vital Heynen has created a huge step towards the Final Six, as they are joining France and Argentina in the second round Pool H.

Strong start of Poland in the first set didn’t afraid the Bulgarians as they answered by taking the second set and tying the result in sets.

However, the defending champions Poland managed to play slightly better in the third and fourth set and that was enough for the win!

Bartosz Kurek (21 points) and Michal Kubiak (18) were the best players in Poland, while in Bulgaria, Valentin Bratoev scored 19 points.
