The knockout stage of the Women’s Volleyball World Championship 2025 in Thailand is heating up, with the top eight teams now confirmed for the quarterfinals.

From the 32 teams that began the competition, 16 advanced to the playoffs, and after intense Round of 16 battles held between August 29 and September 1, the field has narrowed further.
The quarterfinals are set for Wednesday and Thursday, promising high-stakes clashes as the road to the final tightens.
Quarterfinal fixtures:
- September 3: Netherlands vs. Japan
- September 3: Italy vs. Poland
- September 4: Brazil vs. France
- September 4: USA vs. Turkey
The semifinals will follow on Saturday, September 6, with the grand final and third-place match scheduled for Sunday, September 7.
