WCH W: Netherlands and Bulgaria at World Championship in Japan

The hosts of the third European qualification, the Netherlands and Bulgaria qualified for the World Championship 2018 in Japan.

Today, in the fourth round the Netherlands defeated Slovenia in straight sets 25-16, 25-11, 25-16 while Bulgaria outplayed Belgium 25-17, 25-22 and 25-19.

With 12 points each secured their spots in Japan.

These two teams will face in the last round but according to regulations, they have already qualified as the first two teams in the standings, so this match will just say which team will be the winner of the tournament.

 

From Europe, these National teams took their spots at World Championship 2018: Russia, Serbia, Italy, Turkey, Germany, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria and the Netherlands.
