VNL W: Serbia in good mood, Stevanovic put 10 blocks!

Serbian team scored the second win in Barueri at the Week 1 of the FIVB Volleyball Nations League 2018.

Today, European champions outplayed Germany in three sets (25-16, 25-21, 25-17) and in the last match of this Pool, they will face Brazil.

We can say that Serbia dominated during the whole match and only in the second set in some parts were equal play. Serbia played with the mixed lineup.

In three sets Serbia put 22 blocks! Only Jovana Stevanović put 10!

Brankica Mihajlović was the top scorer with 19 points followed by Stevanovic 13 points while Louisa Lippmann finished the match with 7 points and Maren Brinker Fromm with 6 points.

What a wall of Stevanović with 10 block, i saw they are getting MVP for blocking just with 4 blocks. Really great play by Serbia, despite strange mix, no Milena Rašić, Stefana Veljković wasnt there, Tijana Bošković played more for fun. Tijana Malešević also missing.
