The middle blocker Franck Lafitte picked up a left ankle injury during the friendly game against Russia. Fortunately for the fans of France, it’s not a serious injury, confirms head coach Laurent Tillie.
According to the diagnosis of “Les Bleus” doctor, he will miss the first two matches of the tournament, against Italy and Mexico.
Tillie has two more middle blockers at this position, Le Goff and Le Roux.
