Geerties signed a two-year contract with the multiple 1. Bundesliga Frauen champions, Dresdner SC.

The 26-year-old outside hitter returned to playing in her home country after a year, which she spent in Italy’s Imoco Volley Conegliano. The last club for which the 2013 CEV European League winner competed in Germany was Dresdner’s fierce rival SSC Palmberg Schwerin with whom she won the national title twice and the national cup once.

Apart from hiring Geerties, Dresdner signed the first professional contract with the teenage middle blocker Monique Strubbe and engaged Swiss opposite hitter Maja Storck (Ladies in Black Aachen). The club extended with outside hitter Lena Stigrot but parted ways with two foreign outside hitters – Croatian Lucija Mlinar and Slovak Nikola Radosová.
