DRESDNER SC does not stop developing, on and off the court. This year their matches in the CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League are broadcast by MDR Sachsen and this shall help spark a real Volleyball mania across the region of Saxony. DRESDNER SC is also involved in the so-called “autumn of the Champions” campaign.
Together with DRESDNER SC, another two clubs from the same neighborhood are competing at the highest level in Europe. Thüringer HC and HC Leipzig are indeed participating in the VELUX EHF Handball Champions League while DRESDNER SC is one of two teams representing Germany in the 2014 CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League – Women.
“We are very happy that MDR is airing our matches. This way we shall be able to involve even more people and get more fans” says DRESDNER SC team captain Stefanie Karg.
