Friday: Finland – Germany 2-3; Saturday: Finland – Germany 2-3! Two teams continued with their preparations for the European Championship 2015 with two friendly games played in Finland. After huge battle, Germany won both clashes in five sets, while their head coach Vital Heynen can be satisfied with the fact that his main attacking players made pretty good performances.
While Christian Fromm (23 points) and Jochen Shoops (14 points) led Germany on Friday, this evening the top scorers in the winning side were Gyorgy Grozer with 18 and Tom Strochbach with 17 points. In home team Mikko Oivanen made 16 points in the second game.
