Olympiacos Women’s team took a first step toward the semifinals of the Greek Volley League playoffs, defeating Aris Thessaloniki 3-1 (21-25, 25-23, 25-10, 25-19) at home.

Despite losing the first set due to several unforced errors, Olympiacos bounced back with commanding performances in the next three. The team showed remarkable resilience, especially in the second set, where they overturned a 19-21 deficit to win 25-23.
Top scorer of the match was Milica Kubura with 22 points, while strong support came from Yasmine Abderrahim (16), Fariol (13), Georgia Lamproúsi (10), and Paula Yamila Nizetich (10).
The second leg of the quarterfinal will be played on Sunday, March 30 at 18:00, in Thessaloniki, where Olympiacos will aim for a second win to seal their spot in the semifinals.
