Kohut obtained a match point in the tie-break at 14-13 but CUNEO made a mistake in the next serve. Sokolov gave the host two more chances but they could not convert. TRENTINO proved more clinical in its first opportunity.

But we can play better. Against a strong team like CUNEO, you have to try to stay close as much as you can.”
