Simone Anzani will continue wearing the jersey of Italian men’s volleyball club champions Cucine Lube Civitanova for 3 more seasons.
Lube announced they renewed the contract with Anzani, binding him to the Italian club champions for another 3 competitive seasons.
The middle blocker put his volleyball knowledge at the service of the ‘Red-and-White’ team 3 years ago. From there on, the 29-year-old player won the 2019 FIVB Club World Championship, 2 Italian Cups (2020 and 2021), and the Scudetto (2021) with Lube. Individually, Anzani was awarded Best Middle Blocker of SuperLega last season.
