The transfer of Pomì Casalmaggiore to PalaGeorge gymnasium in Montichiari wasn’t the last word of this club.

Because of the collapsed roof due to heavy snowfall last weekend, Casalmaggiore had to move from its PalaFarina hall in Vidana to Montichiari and to play there Serie A1 match against Volley 2002 Forlì (3-1) on Sunday.

According to Gian Luca Pasini from gazzetta.it, it was only a temporary solution. The new home ground of Casalmaggiore will be PalaRaschi in Parma.

The venue is not accessible to 100% becuase the full capacity is nearly 5,000 places, but as it was stated by the Department of Sport of Parma, it’s approved to host 2,500 spectators.

PalaRaschi is just half an hour from Casalmaggiore by driving and forty minutes from Viadana.
