ITA M: Italian League sends last warning to Rezende and Kaziyski before exclusion

The Italian Volleyball League issued a note regarding to incidents during Game 3 of both playoff semifinals. It did not take radical measures, but severely warned players which were involved in unsportsmanlike behavior.

Bruno Rezende, the setter of DHL Modena and Matey Kaziyski from Diatec Trentino were warned before exclusion. Related to the other game, Cucine Lube Banca Marche Civitanova setter Micah Christenson and his colleague from Sir Safety Conad Perugia, Luciano De Cecco, received only mild warning.

Also, Modena were fined with 1,000 euros for the misconduct of their fans who hit two opposing players with bottle (one on court and one on the bench) in Set 3 and were repeatedly shouting offensive words to one of opposing players during Set 4.
