In addition to hiring French opposite Stéphen Boyer, Italian media reported that Calzedonia Verona are close to sealing the deal with Argentinean Sebastián Solé. The middle blocker spent the last season in Brazil, wearing the jersey of EMS Taubaté Funvic.
While Verona fans expect these two transfers to become official, one player has penned a contract extension with the club – an outside hitter Federico Marretta.
