JPN M: Voreas Hokkaido Push Nagoya to Back-to-Back Five-Set Battles

Voreas Hokkaido pushed Wolfdogs Nagoya into back-to-back five-set tie-breakers, securing two important points that lifted them off the bottom of the standings.

Nagoya survived both matches, winning 3–2 on Saturday and again 3–2 on Sunday, but lost valuable points in the title race. They remain third at 9-3, while Voreas climb to ninth with eight points.

Taito Mizumachi led Nagoya in Saturday’s tight win, while Mart Tammearu posted a match-high 24 points for Voreas. Sunday’s overtime thriller saw Kento Miyaura guide the hosts with 15 points, as Chang Yu-Sheng delivered 23 for the visitors.

At the top, Osaka Bluteon and Suntory Sunbirds Osaka maintained their dominance, each sweeping their home double headers to move to 11-1. JTEKT Stings also impressed with two road wins over Sakai Blazers, dropping Sakai to last place.
