The men’s and women’s finals of Japan’s premier national volleyball tournament were held at Keio Arena Tokyo, crowning the champions of the Emperor’s Cup and Empress’s Cup.

In the men’s final, Wolfdogs Nagoya claimed a straight-sets victory over Voreas Hokkaido, winning 25-23, 25-22, 25-23. Powered by opposite hitter Kento Miyaura, Nagoya controlled key moments to secure their third Emperor’s Cup title, their first in four years. Miyaura was later named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player.

The women’s final delivered a dramatic five-set contest as Osaka Marvelous edged NEC Red Rockets Kawasaki 3-2 (26-24, 16-25, 33-31, 24-26, 17-15). Osaka overcame match point in the deciding set before outside hitter Mizuki Tanaka sealed the win. The triumph marked Osaka’s second Empress’s Cup title and their first in five tournaments, with Tanaka earning MVP honors.
The finals concluded a nine-month national competition that began with regional rounds in April and featured teams from across Japan.
