Japan Emperor’s Cup Men: Omrčen and Kubiak will fight for the trophy

This will be an interesting final. The two giants will play for the trophy of the Emperor’s Cup.

Toyoda Gosei of the Croatian opposite Igor Omrčen will play against Panasonic Panthers of the Polish attacker Michal Kubiak.

In the semifinal, Gosei defeated JTEKT of Matey Kaziyski in four sets. The Bulgarian star scored 30 points (4 bl, 3 ac) but he was alone in this match. On the other side, Omrcen finished with 25 points (2 bl) and Takamatsu with 26 points (2 bl, 2 ac).

In the second semifinal, Panthers outplayed b in the tie-break. The match was quite equal but the better won the game. Today, Gavin Schmitt scored 34 points (4 bl, 1 ac) for Arrows while Kunihiro Shimizu was the best in Panasonic with 30 points (1 ac), Kubiak scored 15 points (1 ac).
