Russia have smashed Slovakia in straight sets, leaving no chance to opponent 3-0 (25-19, 25-12, 25-12). Tatiana Kadochkina was the most dominant player with 18 points, while her teammate Yulia Brovkina added 14 points.
Italy have won the game in three sets as well, but according to the result, it didn’t seem like an easy job against the Netherlands 3-0 (25-21, 25-19, 27-25).
Alessia Populini (Italy) was the best scorer with 18 points.
