After beating them in the first game in four sets, this game was a much more difficult and we can say that they barely managed to defeat the rival 3-2 (25-21, 17-25, 25-21, 18-25, 21-19).
The tie-break was super exciting and fortunately for Shanghai’s fans, they won this part of the game and clinched the match.
Giulio Sabbi had a great game, scoring 27 points, while the Slovenian international Klemen Cebulj contributed with 15. On the other side, Jiangchuan had 24, Leonardo Leyva 20, while Kevin Tillie added 14.
Shanghai now need two more wins to take the championship trophy.
