Vojvodina NS seme Novi Sad are winners of the ninth Super Cup of Serbia (seniori – Super kup).
The last season’s championship winners defeated Crvena zvezda Belgrade in front of their own crowd by a 3-1 (25-22, 25-16, 23-25, 25-23) in 104 minutes of play. Thus, Vojvodina clinched their second-ever national Super Cup trophy with the first one coming in 2015.
Pavle Perić top-scored for the winning side with 19 points. Stevan Simić set up 4 kill blocks, while Nemanja Mašulović made an 80% attack (8/10). In Crvena zvezda, Milutin Nejić and Lazar Dodić scored 16 points apiece. Predrag Jevtić made 70% reception (23 digs, 30% perfect).
