At the Sportpaleis hall in Antwerpen, filled with 10,000 spectators, Knack Roeselare won the national Cup (officially called EuroMillions Cup this year) for the fifth time in a row, which no club in the country managed to do before them. In the final, Roeselare defeated Lindemans Aalst by a 3-1 (21-25, 25-18, 25-18, 25-22). The losing side got off the match on the right foot, gained the lead in sets of 1-0 but just like last year, it succumbed to the rivals in the continuation of the encounter. This was Roeselare’s 13th trophy in the competition.
