Due to the risk of spreading the new coronavirus, the JVA announced the cancellation of the tournament “2020 Volleyball Ariake Arena Test Match – Tokyo Challenge Cup” scheduled to be held from April 21 to April 26.

The tournament was intended to officially open the Ariake Arena in Tokyo that was built especially for the Olympic Games and in which all volleyball matches are to be held. The JVA invited three national teams to take part in the tournament along with its men’s national team: China, Korea, and Australia.

The money will be refunded for all who purchased tickets.
