KOR M: Jung Ji-Seok’s 11 blocks mark clash of last season’s untried finalists at start of new V-League

The new season in the South Korean men’s volleyball Championship set off with a clash between the teams that were the main candidates for the title last season.

At the opening of the 2020/21 Dodram V-League regular season for men, the two teams that were ranked No.1 and No.2 in the charts at the moment of the cancelation of the last season have faced each other.

The Incheon Korean Air Jumbos nearly squandered a two-set lead on the road against the leaders of 2019/20, Seoul Woori Card Wibee. Jung Ji-Seok absolutely stood out on the winning side with 34 points of which 11 came from the block, while Kwak Seung-Suk made 78.95 % reception.
