American Morrison has been hired as an assistant coach at Texas Women’s Volleyball program in his home country. Actually, he joined the Longhorns staff for the 2021 NCAA season as a volunteer assistant to Jerritt Elliott.

Most recently, Morrison commanded the Dutch Women’s National Team, from 2017 to 2019, while in the past, he worked with the staff of US national teams. First, with men (involved in Olympic gold at the 2008 Beijing Games), then with women (silver in London 2012 and bronze in Rio 2016).

Heard he’s coaching at Athletes Unlimited. Pretty sure he’s just doing Texas a favor as their volunteer…
