The Heungkuk Life Insurance Pink Spiders (no.2) will have the chance to defend the title in South Korea. With a 3-0 (25-12, 25-14, 25-18) victory over IBK Industrial Bank Altos (no.3) in the 3rd game of the 2020/21 Dodram V-League playoff semifinals, the reigning champions won the series by a 2-1 and advanced to the finals in which they will face the regular-season winners GS Caltex KIXX.
The main figure of the game was Kim Yeon-Koung, who scored 23 points for the Pink Spiders. Russian Anna Lazareva tallied 16 points on the losing side.
