The US Women are coming together to defend their title at the VNL in the 2021 edition, which will be held in a secure bubble in Rimini, Italy, on May 25-June 24. Actually, American ladies are the 2-time and only champions of the VNL, which began in 2018 after being held instead of the FIVB World Grand Prix.
The US head coach Karch Kiraly and his staff have named the 18 players on the long list for the tournament of which there are 4 Olympians from Rio 2016, including captain Jordan Larson, and 9 players that were involved in winning the last VNL title.
