BUL M: Bulgarian player suspended two years

On the occasion of incident in the match in Varna which was held on October 18th, between the Cherno More Bask and Victoriya Volley, the disciplinary committee of Bulgarian Volleyball Federation has made decision.

The receiver of Cherno More Plamen Vladimirov fined with 2.000 Bulgarian Levs (1022,63 Euros) and will be out of volleyball for two years. For throwing objects on the referees, Cherno More has to pay about 500 euros.

Also, this team is punished to play five matches without crowd at home court and more than 2,500 euros because of this attack on referees.

This is not only punishment for Plamen Vladimirov. After beating up the referee, he might be arrested and will probably go in jail for one to five years.
