That basicaly means that Jiangsu will leave it’s current location and settle in Changzhou. Jiangsu failed to reach winners stage this season and only managed to be second placed in the losers stage.
As Changzhou Zenith Steel is very a powerful company, maybe this will mean that Jiangsu will become new powerhouse in Chinese volleyball.
