The Chinese women’s volleyball side Tianjin announced the arrival of the country’s national team member Liu Yanhan.
Yanhan joined Tianjin for the 2021/22 Women’s Super League. The 28-year-old outside hitter thus joined the already strong attacking potential of the club, composed for the second major club competition in the country this season. Tianjin have Li Yingying, Wang Yizhu, Chen Boya, and Cuban Melissa Vargas in the roster covering outside hitter’s and opposite hitter’s positions.
Yanhan came to Tianjin from Liaoning. She has been a member of the China National Team since 2013, winning Asian Cup and FIVB World Cup twice with it. Individually, Yanhan was awarded MVP of the Chinese Championship and Asian Cup once each, as well as the Best Outside Spiker of the Asian Cup, Asian Club Championship, and FIVB Volleyball Nations League once each.
