Volleyball Canada Announces Coaching Staff for Women’s National Team

Volleyball Canada has confirmed the coaching team supporting head coach Giovanni Guidetti for the women’s Senior National Team’s international season as they set sights on LA 2028.

Coaching Staff:

  • Vincenzo Mallia – Continuing as assistant coach, also coaching at the University of Toronto.
  • Carolyn O’Dwyer – Assistant coach, currently head coach of the University of Alberta Pandas.
  • Fatih Yağcı – Statistician, previously with Turkish and Serbian national teams, currently working with Guidetti at Vakifbank.
  • Matt Krueger – Moving into the head coach role for the Women’s Next Gen program after serving as an assistant coach with the Senior Team.

“We are excited to have a diverse and experienced staff to drive our program forward,” said Shannon Winzer, High Performance Director (Women).
