Neriman vs. Malagurski

Turkey – Serbia 3-2 (18-25, 25-19, 22-25, 25-20, 17-15)

Top scorers: Neriman 17, Gozde 14, Kubra 13, Toksoy Guidetti 12; Malagurski 20, Rašić 19, Mihajlović 17, Krsmanović 14, Monar 10.

Turkey captain Gozde Sonsirma: Congratulation to both teams for their efforts. We are a new and young team so these wins are important for us. Tomorrow’s game against Germany will be very important for the finals. We are playing not as good as we did last week but we are happy to win.

Serbia captain Maja Ognjenović: Congratulation to Turkey. It is difficult to speak after a five setter loss like this. We are very disappointed because we could not finish the game when we were leading 2-1. We made a lot of mistakes.
