Bayi survived a thriller in Sichuan (3-2) and has all six triumphs, leading the Pool 2. Sichuan, on the other hand, noted all six losses.
Sichuan had Brittney Page as the most efficient player with 19 points. In Bayi, Liu Yan scored 29 points.
In Pool 1, Jiangsu suffered its first loss, 3-2 against Zhejiang at home. Zhejiang continued winning streak to 3 matches.
Fujian won, after 3 consecutive defeats, 3-0 vs. Guangdong, which has not felt the sweetness of victory so far.
Shanghai beat Shangdong 3-0 as a host.
