The reigning champion started match very well by taking the first set 25-12, but in another two, away side gave very strong resistance. Home team barely won them and clinched the win.
Gigantes del Sur took the win as well. They hosted La Unión de Formosa and defeated them in five sets 3-2 (19-25, 25-17, 27-25, 23-25, 15-12).
