The Italian champions confirmed this transfer on their official website. It is said that the club had to react after the injuries of Carolina Costagrande and Berenika Tomsia, and that they are happy to announce the deal with Nicole Fawcett.
The American player started this season in Sariyer, however she has recently terminated the contract with the Turkish club and went back to the USA.
Still, Fawcett decided to accept the offer from Conegliano, so she will return to Europe much quicker than anyone expected.
