Gavin Schmitt scored 22 points as his team beat Argentina in three sets 3-0 (25-22, 27-25, 25-19). Only in the second set away side gave resistance but they didn’t manage to take a set.
Bulgariascored the second win in this year’s edition of FIVB World League. They defeated Cuba away 3-1 (25-19, 25-21, 26-24, 25-23). Skrimov had 15 on the winning side while Cepeda scored 26 points.
Canada now has 4-1 score, Bulgaria2-1, Argentina 1-2, while Cuba has four defeats out of five matches.
