Valentín
The setter of the Puerto Rican national team and Leonas de Ponce reached an agreement with Azerrail Baku. She will make her debut next season in late October.
Valentín will play in the same team with compatriot Stephanie Enright who had signed for Azerrail in early August. Two other players that performed in Puerto Rican league last season, Americans Jessica Jones and Haley Eckerman are also members of this Azerbaijani team.
Besides Valentín and Enright, four more players will represent Puerto Rico abroad: Yarimar Rosa and Karina Ocasio in Turkey, Aury Cruz in Italy and Ashley Vázquez in Greece.
