Ghaemi
After the World Olympic Qualification Tournament in Tokyo, Farhad Ghaemi got cold and had fever. Due to long infection he was hospitalized and he will not play in the first week of the WL as well as Amir Ghafour due of the knee injury.
In the fourth set against Canada, also in Japan, Ghafour made a high jump and after he won the point, he felt a little pain in his right knee. Although doctors said it’s no big deal he needs to rest for a week.
In the first week of the FIVB World League, Iran will play in Pool B in Rio de Janeiro against Brazil, USA and Argentina.
