They announced three signings today – the U.S. receiver Alex Slaught, setter Maksim Buculjević and middle blocker Stipe Jurić.

Slaught is coming from University of Southern California and it’s going to be his first season abroad. He was the captain of USC Trojans and one of the best players of the team.

I’m very impressed and grateful for the opportunity that I’m starting my professional volleyball career in ACH Volley. I’m looking forward to the new challenge in my career and can’t wait to go to Ljubljana” says Slaught, who was a member of the U.S. national team that played in the World University Games in South Korea.

The experienced Jurić has extended contract for one more season with ACH Volley. It will be his third consecutive season in a jersey of this team. In the last season, Buculjević was a member of Crvena zvezda.
