Both teams leveled the scores some times. But after 10-10, the host team resumed their normal form, performing a combined coordination. In the second and third set, the host team played with higher spirit and more confidence.
Head coach of Iran Iraj Mozaffari said “Actually the previous match was the first experience of my players. But today they got themselves very soon and performed a fantastic play. TPE team is a clever team. Our wing blockers were playing very close to the middle blockers. TPE team is a very good team, They know volleyball very well”.
Head coach of Chinese Taipei Chiu Pao-Szu said “Maybe we could win the first set, till points 18 and 19 we were doing well and fair. We were serving good, we could block the spikes. In second set ,defense ,spike and block of Iran were good.”
