Alvarez
The Cuban 24-year-old Jennifer Yanet Alvarez Hernandez is a new receiver of the Romanian champions.
Cuban universal player is 184cm tall and this will be her first season abroad.So far she played only in Cuba for Ciefuefo team.
She twice played with the Cuban National team at the World Women’s Championships in Japan 2010 and Italy 2014.
For the 2017/2018 season, team has confirmed the following volleyball players, who will be under the command of the head coach Darko Zakoč: Adina Salaoru (captain, receiver), Nneka Onyejekwe (blocker), Marina Vujović (libero), Selime İlyasoğlu (receiver), Lisa Izquierdo (receiver), Lena Möllers (setter), Mariana Thomaz de Aquino (blocker), Renata de Andrade Maggioni (blocker), Petya Barakova (setter), Andreea Tămaş (setter), Ana Yilian Cleger Abel (opposite).
