After an unpleasant situation with the Italian team Cuneo, Ilyasoglu has signed a contract with Radomka Radom.
It’s going to be her first time to play in Poland.
“I hear the team is having a debut in the elite league and our goal is to improve a position in the league. I know the club wants to develop and has goals for the future which is very good and important for me and the whole team. Radomka is a young team with great commitment and ambitions, which I like very much. I would like to get together with my teammates as soon as possible.”
The Turkish international, who won many trophies in her career (Turkish championship in 2006, 2007, 2008, Turkish Cup 2012, bronze medal in Thai league, silver medal in the Romanian Championship 2018 and the silver medal in the CEV Champions League) has spoken about her goals for this season:
“My personal goal has always been to be even better. Both as a person and as a player. I would like my career to develop at a very high level and I also like to gain new experience, especially in Europe.”
Selime will have a debut on Monday against Pila.
