Champions League participant Jastrzebski lost at home to Olsztyn and lost easily. Not even a great performance from Michal Lasko (23 points) wasn’t enough to save Jastrzebski. Home team responded well after trailing 1-0 and equalised fast. But then everything fell apart for Bernardi’s team. Szymanski and Oivanen were too god and Olsztyn went home with big three points.
Other surprise was brought by Czestochowa who won in Bydgoszcz. Last year first placed in the regular season, Transfer Bydgoszcz was totaly outplayed by fired up guests. Milosz Hebda and Michal Bakiewicz did amazing job on spiker postitions and were the main factor for the 1-3 win for Czestochowa.
Other matches went as expected as Zaksa dominated Czarni Radom 3-0, Skra Belchatow easily dealt with Lotos Trefl Gdansk 3-1 and Politechnika who easily defeated Effector Kielce.
