The Polish and European club volleyball champions, Grupa Azoty ZAKSY Kędzierzyn-Koźle, completed the transfer of the country’s national team star Bartosz Bednorz.
ZAKSA informed everyone that a new outside hitter has joined the composition of the club for the 2022–23 season: Bartosz Bednorz. Thus, the reigning club champions of Poland and Europe completed the transfer that was written about earlier.
The 28-year-old Poland National Team star returned to PlusLiga after five years when he left PGE Skra Bełchatów and moved to Italy’s Valsa Group Modena. After two seasons of playing in the SuperLega, Bednorz defended the colors of Russia’s Zenit-Kazan, where he played until the end of the 2021-22 season. ZAKSA will be the second club of the Best Outside Hitter of the 2019 FIVB Volleyball Nations League this season. Bednorz has already had a successful season in the Chinese league, where he became the runner-up with Shanghai.
