Nicolas Le Goff is not a newcomer in France National Team, but he did not play at too many major tournaments. Thus, he knows to appreciate every medal and for him winning a bronze in the 2016 FIVB World League, despite losing a crown, is a huge success.

„For me it was a perfect match from the beginning until the end. It was very important for us to play one game like this in the Final Six because the first two games we played so good during the first two sets but afterwards, it was a little bit bad. I’m really happy to win the bronze medal,“ Le Goff said to our reporter after the match versus Italy.

About the upcoming Olympic Games…

„For us the first target is to go to the podium. After that, yes, a gold medal if it’s possible. Until now we talked only about the World League and now we will start to think about the Olympic Games,“ ’Team Yavbou’ middle blocker added.

Why you have chosen İstanbul BBSK for 2016/2017?

„It’s a good club and I will play the Champions League. I will also play with Rouzier and Marechal, two teammates from France National Team. The project is good,“ Le Goff stated.
