Nicolas Szerszeń finished his studies at the Ohio State University and decided to play professionally in the country in which he has his roots – Poland. A 21-year-old outside hitter signed a three-year deal with Asseco Resovia Rzeszów.

Nicolas came from the NCAA volleyball team Ohio State Buckeyes with whom he won two championship titles (2016, 2017) and was awarded MVP (2017).

Interestingly, Nicolas’ father Jacek also played for Resovia and even won the Polish championship in 1988 before moving to France. Nicolas was born there and competed for France youth and junior national teams.
