Leningradka St. Petersburg signed a contract with libero Alina Kuznetsova who returned to the court after the maternity leave.
Kuznetsova began her professional career in Uralochke-NTMK with whom she won the bronze medal at the Russian championship. Later, she spent two seasons in Nizhny Novgorod Sparta and then in Metar. With Omichka she won the bronze medal at the Victory Cup in 2015 and in 2016/2017 she played for Sakhalin.
She missed last season because she gave a birth to her daughter Diana.
“I’m happy to return to the sport and doubly pleased that it will be exactly in Leningradka,” says the new libero of the club.
