RUS M: Penultimate Round Concludes with Wins for Kuzbass, Nova, and Belogorie

Today marks the conclusion of the penultimate round of the Russian Superliga, featuring the last three scheduled matches of Round 29. The round spanned three days, commencing on March 18th with a match between Dynamo-LO and Fakel, and concluding on March 20th with a game between Belogorie and ASK Nizhny Novgorod.

All three matches from today ended in straight sets, with Kuzbass Kemerovo defeating Yugra-Samotlor Nizhnevartovsk 3-0 (25-18, 25-19, 25-18), Nova Novokuybyshevsk achieving a 3-0 victory (25-18, 25-17, 25-23) over Stroitel Minsk, and Belogorie Belgorod securing a 3-0 win (25-22, 25-16, 25-22) against ASK Nizhny Novgorod. Mohamed Al Hachdadi led Belogorie’s scoring with 21 points, supported by Georgii Zabolotnikov’s 11 points, and 7 points each from Pavel Tetyukhin and Ruslan Galimov. Pavel Zheleznyakov was the most efficient player for ASK, scoring 11 points.
