Squad of Giovanni Guidetti has beaten Fenerbahce in the fourth game of the series and collected another trophy in this season. VakifBank has won all domestic competitions, including Cup, Supercup, and now the Championship.
Quite a domination!
In the winning side, Jovana Brakočević scored 19 points, while Gozde Sonsirma added 15. On the other side, Kim Yeon-Koung made 24 points, while Aneta Havlickova collected 13.

Congratulations to Vakifbank. This year is not complete domination like last year. After not insisting on short setter Lo Bianco, Galatasaray was about to eliminate Vakifbank in the semis. Vakifbank was looking so vulnerable. However, like all year around, this time the setter, Gamze, got injured and Vakifbank barely managed to advance to the finals. In the final, one of the most effective wing spikers, Garay never played due to injury. Vakifbank has defeated Fenerbahce several times with Garay, Bauer etc and probably could have won the trophy again against Fenerbahce with full squad however, it would not be so easy like this.
