Arkas Spor
Ziraat Bankası had the honor to cause first defeat to Arkas Spor, in the last round of Turkish championship. It was better after the tie-break – 3-2 (25-21, 23-25, 23-25, 25-22, 15-10).
It has to be noticed that Arkas was weakened in this match with the absence of its best scorer, Gavin Schmitt.
Israel Rodríguez led the winning team with 12, while Leonel Marshall scored 21 for Arkas.
Dethroned Halkbank was successful at farewell from this season in Turkish League. It beat Galatasaray FXTCR in straight sets, with partial 25-20, 25-16, 25-16.
